When I met Voncia this was my 3rd time trying to find a home. The first day we went to see houses. She gave me all the reassurance that I needed. Before, I felt so discouraged. The realtor before her made me feel like I would never find a nice home under 250k. Oh Boy, did she prove them wrong. Meeting her brought the spark back into wanting to find my first and forever Home. We have dogs. We where scared about vents being on the floor. She would take everything you stated you where looking for in a home into consideration. I couldn't have ask for a better realtor. The house I picked was my dream home split level. Thanks to her I found my HOME SWEET HOME!!! I will forever be grateful for that.
