Virginia Markstein has over 24 years of experience in client and customer service working in the nonprofit, investment management, hospitality and real estate sectors. Virginia attended college at Wheaton College in Norton, MA. After college, she worked in both the nonprofit and financial sectors in Boston. Virginia then moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue her MBA at The George Washington University. During her 2 nd year of business school, Virginia launched her career in travel and hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC. While at The Ritz-Carlton, she worked on the Destination Club creating brand standards, mystery shop and operations reviews. Virginia also created a manager-in-training program specifically designed for The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club. Virginia subsequently transferred to the Ritz-Carlton Spa division for which she developed and implemented Spa Strategy for Ritz-Carlton Spas by creating consistent vendor partnerships for all of the company's domestic spas. Virginia's passion for service coupled with her strategic "know-how" makes her the ideal candidate to represent you.
