Raymundo is a great assistant and was there with Virginia and I from the very beginning of finding the property and scheduling a viewing, through to the final walkthrough and post-purchase support. Virginia’s passion, knowledge and experience was very apparent throughout this process. She was always punctual, prepared and informed. She was a great advocate and negotiator. Virginia was sincere and passionate. I trusted her immediately. I was a first time buyer and had no knowledge of the process of buying a home. I was very scared but as soon as I met Virginia, who was very friendly, polite and professional, my fear was gone. Virginia made me feel very comfortable and heard, she was very patient and was always available for my millions of questions. She was so helpful and her attention to detail was impeccable. I was 25 (now 26) when I met Virginia. Last year I got promoted and engaged and I new it was time to make a big decision in purchasing my first home. A friend purchased 3 homes from her. During my process another friend purchased a home from her. And she is currently working with another friend to find his future home. Virginia took me to countless homes. When we found the perfect one we were unable to get it. Although we were crushed and heart broken, Virginia kept us motivated. She was able to find us some programs to help us with the down payment and we were able to get the open door program. This allowed us to be able to purchase our home sooner and allowed us to have extra money to purchase everyday necessities for our home. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with our purchase and we wouldn’t have done it any other way or with anyone else. Virginia will definitely be getting more clients that I refer and I will be seeing her for my next home purchase !
Virginia is just outstanding! great professional, great knowledge of the business, amazing customer service, very detail oriented and fluent communication, always available 24/7. I recommend her 100%. She had all the contacts to finish the process successfully, the lender, the inspection guy, the plumber, everything was always done on time. Virginia Hernandez went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in the process of us purchasing our own home. Virginia was extremely patient. As Latinos, we would have never imagined that purchasing a home would be on our to do list, but 3 months later since starting the process, we have received our keys to our forever home. Since day one of this process, we thought because of our credit and income, we thought that we would have never been approved. Virginia was there to ensure that we did everything in our power to help get us here. As first time home-buyers, we had endless questions and concerns and every time we spoke to Virginia she put us at ease. It didn't matter if we texted her at 6am or 10pm, she always responded and reassured us every step of the way. There were times where we were so close to throwing in the towel, but Virginia was there to motivate us even more. After countless times of seeing homes and never deciding if the house we saw was for us, Virginia always was patient. There was times that Virginia would meet us early mornings and late nights to make sure we had our paperwork complete and made sure our questions were answered. Even after closing escrow, Virginia was there to guide in what we needed to do before going into our home. Virginia was a great realtor and more than that. She went from being our realtor, to a good family friend. We could not have done this without her help and for that we are extremely grateful.
