She made me truly feel like someone I can confide in and trust to make my big purchase an easy one. She never made me feel like she only cared about her commission. She was always so attentive and honest which I appreciated because it helped me understand the process better. She always had a positive attitude and made me feel like i was making the right decision even when I wasn’t too sure. Virginia’s passion, knowledge and experience was very apparent throughout this process. She was always punctual, prepared and informed. She was a great advocate and negotiator. I was 25 (now 26) when I met Virginia. Last year I got promoted and engaged and I new it was time to make a big decision in purchasing my first home. A friend purchased 3 homes from her. During my process another friend purchased a home from her. And she is currently working with another friend to find his future home. Virginia took me to countless homes. When we found the perfect one we were unable to get it. Although we were crushed and heart broken, Virginia kept us motivated. She was able to find us some programs to help us with the down payment and we were able to get the open door program. This allowed us to be able to purchase our home sooner and allowed us to have extra money to purchase everyday necessities for our home. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with our purchase and we wouldn’t have done it any other way or with anyone else. I recommend her 100%. She had all the contacts to finish the process successfully, the lender, the inspection guy, the plumber, everything was always done on time.
