Virginia Hernandez surpassed any and all expectations we had of a realtor. She was extremely attentive, patient and our biggest advocate. Virginia was recommended to us by a friend who had just purchased their first home about a year ago. Virginia kept us informed at every step and would typically communicate with us daily of the progress and prepared us for upcoming milestones. With us living out of state, her use of electronic document signatures kept the process moving and was very convenient for us. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

Met thru family, about 10 years back when I was buying my 1st home, was already working with someone else, but she was still willing to advise me on what to look out for and where to look for property permits...she still volunteered to personally take me to city office and showed me how to obtained files. Her assistance and willingness to help me without her making any money from that purchase left a good impression on me. When I was really to sell the house I bought 10 years ago, I already new whom I was going to call. I didn't brother looking for any other agent. Very knowledgeable and professional. Kept me up to date of what was going on, she answered every call/text promptly.
