Virginia is an incredible real estate agent and human being. She walked me, a first time home buyer, through the entire process step-by-step and made sure I very clearly understood what was happening and why it was happening. She provided the same service to all others involved in the transaction, making herself available for contact at nearly all hours and actively checking in to make sure all was well, even after the close of escrow. The transaction itself was nightmarish due to the last incompetence and unprofessionalism on the seller's side, but Virginia's professionalism and persistence made the whole process bearable. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends and will exclusively use her for further transactions whenever possible.
