Virginia Hernandez turned out to be an ideal project manager for the sale of my house. I work with project managers daily in the IT industry and the good ones know the subject area well, are aware of potential trouble spots, proactively track down people and information to avoid potential problems and relentlessly pursue the removal of blocking issues that can or are causing delays or preventing smooth process from occurring. This describes my experience with Virginia very well. I chose Virginia to sell my house because I believed my custom home and property could draw a higher sales price than the comps in the area and I told her I would hire her if she would list the property for higher than other agents were willing to go. She said she would but I had to do the things she listed to maximize the prospects. I followed her directions and she took that and went above and beyond to make the sale happen. She arranged for an impressive video for posting as a virtual tour on the zillow type sites and got an impressive attendance during only two days of open house. Even with outside temps reaching 116F. We ended up with multiple competing offers(10+, with more coming in while we were pending sale) and sold the house for an amount that satisfied my desire to maximize the sale price. I would like to say that the sale went smoothly, but many parties contribute to the sale of a house and Virginia can only influence them and not control them. What I can say is that she met the issues head on and dealt with them very well to keep the sale from derailing because of some crazy issues. I highly recommend to anyone considering Virginia that she is the person you want on your side of a sale.
