Virginia was easy to reach. We have the same work ethic and she’s a go getter . Compared to other people I’ve communicated with, she would respond back extremely fast which is what I enjoyed. Virginia has very good knowledge of market, was a pleasure to work with.. No pressure, handled the loan and the property transfer between buyer and seller. Customer focused, very accommodating, patient and kind. If she didn’t know the answer to our questions about handling our unique situation, she would access her resources, and find the answers! Virginia was with us every step of the sale of our home, from establishing a value, preparing the house for the Open House, holding the Open House, accepting offers, explaining the details of the offers and how and way an offer would be to our advantage, to the final step of the closing documents. She was very patient answering the hundreds of questions we had and calming the numerous seller when needed.
