Virginia was a rockstar! We had a small window of time to find a house and within 2 weeks we narrowed it down to 4 houses, where all of the sellers were ready to sell to us. We made 3 offers and we ended up with a house that met every single criteria we had. This was our first house purchase so we were super green. We met Virginia at an open house we randomly walked into, just dreaming, never imagining that we could afford a home in OC. It took her 30 minutes to convince us that we had a chance. Three days later we had an offer in and 30 days later we were approved and had the funds.
