The reason I chose Virgil in the first place was that he brought buyers to my home when it was for sale by owner. When I listed it with him, he paid attention to detail and was willing to do open houses etc. He spent time at the house when we were away to make sure the wees were taken care of and that the house was always ready to show. The home took longer than expected and the price was lower but that was more due to the poor market than anything we had control over.
