Vincenzo Longo

My wife and I first met Vincenzo over a year ago. At that time we told him our plan that we were going to move into the area in about three years but were not ready to purchase yet. Over the course of the next year Vincenzo kept us up to date on the market and answered all our questions with immediate responses. We came down this past April with a list of houses we would like to see and Vincenzo gladly made time for us and showed us around. We came back in June and Vincenzo again took the time to show us a variety of properties. His knowledge of the area is expansive and the care with which he treated us made us feel as though we were part of the family. We made an offer on a house in Safety Harbor and Vincenzo helped guide us through the process, ( which was not easy due to the fact that it was a Fannie Mae home). We have since closed on the house and Vincenzo is still there for us with answers and suggestions. You will not find an agent more knowledgeable, generous with their time, and who is more committed to their clients than Vincenzo, which is a true reflection of his character and care.
