I can say a lot of great things about Vienna as an agent but the one thing that sticks out the most when it comes to my experience with her is how much she paid attention to the things we didn’t say. Anyone knows to ask a buyer what kinds of things they are looking for but really focusing on them when looking at homes and listening to them discuss the pros/cons of each home can say so much more. When we were shopping for our home we spent time in each home doing a cursory walk through but the bulk of our time was always spent in the yard. After a few houses Vienna noticed this and said “You guys didn’t mention that the backyard was really important. I know you wanted one because of your dogs but you spend more time in the yard than you do in the home whenever we visit a house. It seems like the yard is actually really important, do you two spend a lot of time outside?” We hadn’t even realized it ourselves and never would have thought to tell her that outdoor living space was crucial to us but we didn’t have to because she REALLY listened to us and figured it out for us. I would 100% use her again!

My husband and I are first-time homeowners, and buying our house during these unprecedented times would have been so much more challenging and overwhelming had it not been for Vienna's incredible assistance throughout this journey. Vienna is so willing to meet you at your comfort level, answer any and all of your questions (no matter how dumb you might feel asking them!), and ensure that you feel empowered in your decision-making. She is extremely knowledgeable, and has great instincts. She is also really flexible and able to work around our schedules. And as someone else mentioned, she continues to stay in touch now that we are in our home to make sure that we are getting settled in and that everything is smooth sailing. Cannot recommend Vienna highly enough!

When you have Vienna as a realtor, you have a friend who helps you through the whole home buying process. We purchased our first home with Vienna helping us through the journey. It started with visiting house after house, like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, this one is too big, and this one is too cramped. She was patient and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. After months of looking, at least 100 houses later (we thought we knew what we wanted, but that list was ever evolving), a couple rejected offers, and a couple heart breaks, we finally found THE ONE. The escrow process, and inspections went off without a hitch. You would think that’s where the story ends, but she helped facilitate the cleaning of not only our new home, but the move out clean of our rental as well, she was knowledgeable in hiring professionals to tackle every project that has come up. I even called her in a panic the other day, and she offered advice on patching some woodwork when the dog tried to break out! Oh no! As I sit in the living room of my new home, watching the fire in my fireplace, I think to myself, this house is perfect, an absolute dream come true! I could not ask for a better realtor and friend!

Vienna Kaiser is a professional who works hard for her clients, does her research, and is honest in the decision making process. I was referred to Vienna through a friend and was impressed from the beginning! Vienna helped me purchase a property in San Diego County. The process was smooth and well organized. She was prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions, and I had a lot! Timelines and deadlines were communicated to me and followed. I never felt out of the loop because of her constant communication through phone calls, texting, and e-mails. She has a good connection with the escrow company who were also professional and well organized. My home buying experience couldn’t have been better! It's taken me too long to write a review for Vienna and I really shouldn't have because she is deserving of a more timely response. I have never met anyone more dedicated and willing to go above and beyond. From the second I contacted Vienna I was guided flawlessly through the entire process to the end and beyond. (More on that later) Any text, email, was ALWAYS returned within minutes. Also, aside from being an exquisite professional, she is an all around incredible person who within minutes of meeting you feel as though you've known for years. I was still stationed in Virginia and flew to California for a week to find a place and start the process before I transferred out. After finding my home, flying back to Virginia, and the previous owners had moved out, she figured out what trash day was in order to go over and place the trash cans by the curb due to the previous owners leaving them full of smelly garbage. Relieving me of the pleasure of finding that when I arrived a month later. Fast forward a couple weeks, I am still traveling across country, I've already closed on my home and I have shipped one of my vehicles out to California. My timing didn't permit me to arrive in time to be there for when the vehicle arrived in California. Vienna graciously offers, on her own time, to meet the truck and drive my car to my home and put it in the garage. I had the typical fears about buying a home for the first time yet working with Vienna expunged every aspect of those fears and truly set the bar for future home buying endeavors.
