Her negotiating skills were quite impressive, and were demonstrated again when we received another offer not long after the first one. Now in multiples, she used this negotiating power to our advantage, and we soon went into escrow with the best buyer. From there, everything proceeded with ease until closing. She and her team knew what our needs as sellers were, and what the needs of the buyers were. She mediated with ease and confidence, always with a personal touch. She was responsive, available, and reassuring throughout the process.
