I can't even begin to express my gratitude for what Tori has helped us achieve. As first time home buyers, we began our Journey to buying a home almost a year and a half ago. While we weren't quite ready at that time, Tori stuck with us through all of the ups and downs of the process. We were never pressured, and always supported, it was always whatever you need when YOU need it and never anything else. Her advice and support both professional and at times emotional through an epic and difficult short sale purchase were exactly what we needed. She has truly gone above and beyond at helping my family achieve our dream. Tori was recommended by a coworker and it was one of the best recommendations I could have received. We started our journey over 2 years ago and we finally found the home perfect for my family. I always knew Tori wanted to make sure we were making a good investment and was not pushy just to make commission, which sadly some realtors only care about. Tori actually cares about her clients and is always available when you need her. There were some up’s and down’s (out of everyone’s control) and she always assured me that things will happen when it was the right time. I am so glad that we used Tori as our real estate agent for buying our first home. Throughout the entire process, I feel like Tori respected our wishes, but also worked tirelessly when necessary. At first, we were casually looking at homes, but Tori was still accessible and always available to go to home viewings with us. When we found the house for us, Tori worked quickly to make sure our offer was put in, and explained the entire process to us. She was always just a phone call away and worked with our lawyer, banks, and seller to make sure everything went through smoothly. We sold our home in Halfmoon because we relocated from the area. Victoria is exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate process. We had questions during the process and she was always available to us. She required agents to give us 24 hours notice. She also required everyone to leave very thorough feedback. She takes her responsibility to her clients very seriously. I trust her completely. If anyone asks me to recommend a realtor, she is getting the recommendation.

Victoria is a not only a good Realtor but also a very friendly person. She worked with us over a long distance and got us a rental just like the way we wanted.
