As a first time home buyer I was nervous about finding the right agent who would represent my best interests to find the right first home for myself and my partner. The first thing Tori did was make sure I was a prepared home purchaser. She asked me important questions about my expectations, and grounded my knowledge of the process using approachable and often humorous anecdotes. Within hours of our first conversation I had not only received a list of properties, but she and her team (you go Jackie!) had already started to setup viewings across the Albany area. Tori encouraged my partner and I to approach each home with an open mind and never made us feel pressured to look faster or move more quickly. When asked she gave helpful input on the homes we were viewing. Likely the best part of the whole adventure was when we found the home that we ultimately purchased. When I walked in, I was not totally in love with it-I did not have that 'ah-hah!' moment that so many speak of. As a first time home buyer I thought that was a requirement. But Tori knew this was the right house, and she appealed to me as a person by focusing on the elements of the house that would complement us best. She even reached back to our first conversation to point-out how this home was the home I had described to her. Tori is a stellar agent and a beautiful person. My home buying experience was great BECAUSE of the hard work and dedication she and her team bestows to their clients.

Tori would listen to my concerns, work within my budget and didn’t push me into making a decision on the properties that I looked at until we found the perfect house for me. She was great with details and would work with me throughout the closing process until we closed on my new house in December. she is great. First, She suggested great offer price. The first time she showed us around the house, she told me both good and bad things about the house. Based on her professional experience, she gave us a suggested final bottom-line sale price, and asking us to start low, and then stay firm. It worked well and I got a great price in the end. Secondly, she was never pushy about anything. At times, we thought we want to walk away, if the seller does not agree on our offer price. She didn't say anything and scheduled a next show. Thirdly, She was very responsive. She replied email/text messages like instantly, and late night. I got all my questions answered in a very timely manner. Lastly, she really worked for the seller. In the inspection, there were some problems detected about the house. She tried to reach the seller's agent for possible solutions right away. I was very impressed. Overall speaking, I enjoyed the buying experience and would like to recommend her to everyone.
