I met Victoria in 2014 when I decided it was time to reach out to a local Real Estate Agent in Fort Pierce for advice. I was looking for someone experienced in short sales; I found Victoria Boss. My father purchased his condo in 2005 at the height of the Florida Real Estate market. By 2014 he was struggling to pay his mortgage. And the value of his property had significantly decreased. Knowing my father was not comfortable with the idea of having to move at his age, Victoria referred us to her son Chris, a real estate attorney. Chris helped us initiate a loan modification with the lender. Thanks to both Victoria and her son Chris, my father remained financially comfortable in his home. In Feb 2021, I learned my father would not be able to return to independent living. It was time to sell his condo. I suppose I could have contacted any real estate agent and attorney, but I wanted Victoria and Chris. We had a history; I knew I could trust them. At no fault whatsoever of Victoria and Chris, selling his condo was not by any means easy. Everything it seemed that could go wrong did. However, Victoria never wavered. She saved me money every step of the way and managed to get my target price. In cases like this, it would seem unlikely that we'd be able to pay off the lender, the agent fee, the closing costs and still have something left over. Anyone out there looking for a vastly experienced agent in Florida they can trust, I would without hesitation recommend Victoria Boss. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Victoria.
