Working with Victor is a joy. He knows the area inside and out has years of experience and is receptive to all of our many questions couldn’t have done this without him.

I would rate victor on a very high scale. He was very knowledgeable with the areas that we wanted including information regarding school systems. He was very patient and offered the best advice with different situations. He made our transition from New York easier.

We met Victor in January. We flew into Orlando and he met us at our hotel. From there we went on a whirl wind tour of many communities. He met us the next day and took us out again. Victor's knowledge of the communities and different areas was impressive and helpful. He knows the different models and price ranges of the homes. Victor is a good listener and showed us homes that suited our needs. It was a great experience. While we were trying to sell our home victor sent us multiple listings daily. When we sold our home he helped us find different inventory homes that might be good for us. We ended up finding one in a community that Victor highly recommended. He had taken us there in January and we were very impressed by it. Victor helped us from start to finish in our dealings with the builder and any questions we had about getting a mortgage in Florida. He helped negotiate with the Representative from the builder. Victor represented us at the pre drywall walk through. He face timed us from our home throughout the build. Victor accompanied us to our walk through and made moving much easier. We had a great experience using Victor as our realtor. We highly recommend him to others. Thank you Victor.

Not only did we have special needs to consider in looking for a home, but we needed someone to understand the vibe of the area we were looking for, and Victor was there for us and completely 'got' us and what we were trying to achieve. He quickly answered our many questions, and was incredibly prompt in getting us into homes for viewings. Moving from another state to Florida and knowing absolutely nothing about how to go about making a home purchase can be very stressful. Long distance research can be really difficult as well because you are physically not able to check out the areas you may be interested in, especially in this day and age with what’s going on with the pandemic. In addition, you have to find a realtor that you can trust with your home purchase. We first heard about Realtor Victor Nawrocki from Resort TV1, wherein he specialized in the central Florida area, specifically homes near Disney. Victor does a-lot of live streams of the communities near Disney giving you an opportunity to get a feel for a particular area. Victor is really passionate and charismatic. He was so knowledgeable and provided so much information. I would also describe Victor as being very personable. Being from New Jersey we were not allowed to travel to Florida so there was a lot of communication with Victor. Victor routinely sent us listings of houses for sale that fit our specifications in what we were looking for. Victor was able to visit communities that we were interested in and live stream homes for sale. It was very helpful being able to actually see the inside of some of these homes as some listings would only have 3-7 pictures posted. Victor was great and was involved in every aspect. The home buying process can be very stressful but Victor always looked out for our interests and made sure that everything was on schedule and stayed on top of the builder to make sure our home was ready at closing. Victor always checked in with us throughout the entire process and would text us asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. We absolutely love our new home and we love the area. We were very pleased with our home buying experience with Victor. We highly recommend Victor for anyone looking for a Realtor in the central Florida area. Victor made our dream of living near Disney a reality.
