Victor met us when we came down for a weekend and showed us the whole area of communities where homes are allowed to be rented out to tourists -- what we wanted. He told us the pros and cons of each community as we went around. He also showed us homes he himself owns for rental to the tourist market and explained the process of using management companies vs. trying to market it ourselves. We went home with tons of information and felt that he was being incredibly straight forward and honest with us. After we got home, Victor didn't forget about us. He continued to search out great deals and properties that we might like. Ultimately Victor called to tell us about a house, fully furnished, that looked great and was priced to go quickly. He was our eyes as he went through taking pictures to show us the stuff we wouldn't see in the listing. We told him to make a lower offer. Victor negotiated strongly on our behalf and the offer was accepted. We closed without returning to see the place. We were finally able to go down to Florida about 3 weeks after we closed and were delighted with the house. It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as Victor represented it to us.
