Her market knowledge was spot on as the house sold within a few days and for the asking price. Her experience in helping buyers and sellers in the location of the house (55+ development) was an extra bonus. Throughout the selling process, with her contacts, experience, and professionalism, Vicky showed patience and just enough nudging to help me get the house ready for the listing. She knew what tasks or issues needed the effort to address and which ones did not matter as much for the house to be listed and sold. I was not living in the house (out of state) so she handled some tasks on her own to free me up from needing to be on location. I trusted her to know what to do every step of the way. Her negotiation skills resulted in a very quick satisfaction to both the buyer and seller on the final agreed upon cost. I highly recommend Vicky to be anyone's agent when buying or selling a house.
