Vicki went above and beyond for us. Vicki understand and explained the challenges of purchasing a home with VA. We looked at homes outside of her area and she was still quite knowledgeable of the are and the services available. She was also very helpful after the sale as we tried to get the builder to make repairs covered under the warranty.
