We were out-of-town buyers who breezed in and out for a few days last year while we considered settling in Sarasota. We had a vague idea of what we were looking for and our price range, but it was more "we'll know it when we see it". Vicki was up for the challenge and showed us different buying options. But we left more confused than ever. She continued to send us listings. One night we saw a property on the internet and immediately contacted our gal, Vicki, to see if she could get an appointment for the next day. We were still out of town. She was up for the challenge. She quickly set up a showing for the next morning and we did a Zoom walk thru, 7:30AM, our time at home. She described the property as she walked thru with her phone and answered all our questions.
