We were out-of-town buyers who breezed in and out for a few days last year while we considered settling in Sarasota. We had a vague idea of what we were looking for and our price range, but it was more "we'll know it when we see it". Vicki was up for the challenge and showed us different buying options. But we left more confused than ever. She continued to send us listings. One night we saw a property on the internet and immediately contacted our gal, Vicki, to see if she could get an appointment for the next day. We were still out of town. She was up for the challenge. She quickly set up a showing for the next morning and we did a Zoom walk thru, 7:30AM, our time at home. She described the property as she walked thru with her phone and answered all our questions. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day. She helped us with all the paperwork for the offer and the inspection (and there were a lot of emails back and forth). We met up again a month later at the close of the sale and the document signing. It is an anxious time for buyers, but she was a cool and calm professional which is what you want when making such a big purchase. Prior to our arrival back in Sarasota, she was sending us emails with links for setting up the water and electrical services we would need plus links for handymen, insurance, etc. in the area while still promptly and patiently answering all our questions.
