Vicki Goorchenko has been a full-time licensed Realtor in the South Bay for over 30 years. She is one of those rare South Bay natives and a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s College in Brentwood. And she is an avid and continual student in every area of real estate and leadership.
Vicki started her full-time Real Estate career in 1990 with a developer in the Beach Cities. With her history as a software developer and business owner, Vicki was drawn to leadership both at her company and at the association level. She has been an elected Director at both the local and state Associations of Realtors.
In the late 90s, Vicki moved into a position as Sales Manager at her company for the next 5 years. She has also held other leadership positions including Risk Manager and Productivity Coach. In 2007 Vicki was chosen as the Cultural Ambassador for the Southern California Region, as one of 50 agents out of 60,000, for exemplifying the culture of caring in the community and in her office.
Vicki holds several designations including CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist, held by less than 4% of agents), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), PV Specialist, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist).
Vicki’s passion is and always has been helping others achieve their dreams. This translates into helping buyers and sellers accomplish their housing goals through asking great questions, listening to their needs, and helping them use those answers to clarify their goals. It is this passion that makes her stand out from the sea of real estate agents.
