Vic was a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job selling my condominium. He was professional, super responsive, knowledgeable and had a great positive energy that made the entire, SHORT, process quite painless. He immediately did the research and analysis to land on asking price that was right. He knowledge of the Annapolis market is exceptional and he set a price that I thought might be a bit too high, was clearly reasonable given our success! He worked to solve problems as they arose with aplomb. Apparently, getting resale packages and administrative bumps in the road happen routinely but it was great to know Vic was working behind the scenes to fix or smooth the bumps in order to keep us on track for our settlement date. Also amazing was his team! Vic came prepared with a team of folks to make this transaction uber efficient. From the 1031 Like-kind-exchange expert he recommended, to the outstanding staging company, painter, etc. It was more than I ever expected. I won’t say I didn’t lift a finger, but I will say he minimized my role in unlocking the equity in this property. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Pascoe and I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone selling a house or condominium.
