Vanessa was the best! I pretty much called her out of desperation because my previous agent was a mess. Talked to her briefly about what I was looking for and we started right away looking for a house. She was so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and I felt right at ease with her. She would always answer all my questions right away. Her attention to detail was great, as soon as we found a house she got to work coordinating everything and we were even able to close escrow a week before the estimated closing date!!! Highly recommend her for future houses :)
Vanessa is an excellent Realtor. She helped us sell our old home and find the perfect new home for our growing family. She made the whole process much easier. She listened to our needs and didn't waste time showing us houses we weren't interested in. She was very proactive when it came time to sign documents, schedule inspections, etc. She helped us stay ahead of schedule throughout the process, so by our closing date all of our ducks were in a row and there were no delays. Best of all, she was very accessible throughout the process. If we had a question, she was always just a text or call away. I highly recommend her if you're buying, selling, or even renting.
As a first time buyer I was worried about finding the right realtor. I didn't want to work with someone who wasn't honest, super pushy, or that was only in it for the money. Vanessa was none of those. She was open and honest about everything from the start. Her feedback on homes we chose was direct and straight forward from the start. Not everything will go as planned but she always managed to provide a positive look and give her 100% even when she has other clients. She was always available to answer any of my annoying questions, she was very detailed and patient with us. Even now after owning my home, Shes available to me to ask questions. I was a first time homebuyer and hired Vanessa to assist my fiancé and I to move from Chino to Orange County. As an employee of a brand synonymous with customer service I have an idea of what excellent service is and I have high expectations when hiring someone to provide any sort of service. I was absolutely blown away with Vanessa’s ability to quickly and efficiently help us find the exact kind of home we were looking for. She was extremely efficient and had a depth and breath of knowledge regarding housing pricing and inventory. As a first time buyer I had many questions regarding the process and at every step Vanessa was quick to answer any questions and to explain the reasoning behind her answers and data. Vanessa is very knowledgeable of the area where we wanted to purchase a home. She gave us a lot of useful information and let us know if a home was in a good neighborhood and if it looked like it would have a good value in the future. She worked with our budget and answered all of our questions. When we wanted to put an offer on a home, she was very quick to draft up the paperwork and coordinate with the other realtor of the home we wanted to purchase. I was very impress with her quickness to respond and coordinate with all parties involved. She helped us find a home in 10 short days and we got two accepted offers. Her and her team kept following up with the buyer's bank of the condo we were selling to make sure it would close so we could move forward with the purchase of the new house and close on that property. She coordinated with all parties involved in the escrow process and made sure our escrow closed and that all parties were happy. She made this process so easy for me and my fiance even when it seemed like it was hard. Vanessa's an awesome realtor and I would highly recommend Vanessa as a realtor to all my friends and family.

I was referred to Vanessa by a friend who worked with her in a previous real estate transaction. I contacted her in December and told her that I wanted to short sale my home. I also told her that I tried to short sale the home in the past and I felt my prior agent was working more for the buyer than for me. Vanessa immediately came to view my home and found out what the going price was for comparable homes in the area; she then listed the home for sale and was contacted by several interested parties. Vanessa was able to filter through them and determine the best offer. She contacted my lender, assisted me with any documents and made the entire process smooth and effortless. It took six months to sale the home, which seems relatively short for a short sale. Vanessa provided me with weekly updates in regards to what was happening. I never once felt like I had to do anything but sign any documents, which she readily explained to me. I trusted Vanessa and her expertise entirely and it was refreshing to work with her. I was extremely pleased with the terms of the short sale and feel like I was able to benefit from a very good deal. When I am in the market to purchase another home, Vanessa will be the first person i contact. I will also refer her to friends and family who are interested in buying or saying a home. It is comforting to have someone with such great knowledge and experience when handling what can often be an intimidating and overwhelming transaction.
