I can't thank Vanessa enough. Over about 4 years I was doing everything to try to keep my home. I paid 2 attorney's to loan modify it and a 3rd attorney to claim BK to help "save" the home. I could no longer afford to keep the house, 1 attorney told me they could help me do a "deed in lieu" so I could turn the house in and walk away from the stress. I was losing sleep and reached out to Vanessa for help. She met with me and asked me all kinds of questions, looked over all my paperwork and took time to review my situation then gave me options. She let me know that I had equity in the house which I thought was gone after filing a BK. Vanessa then made some suggestions on how to improve the house so I could sell for more money. Vanessa was my agent selling my Mom’s condo. There were lots of hoops to jump through especially dealing with Culver City.
