Vanessa helped me with three transactions. We had to sell a rental, buy a new house and sell our current house. She was with us every step of the way! Answering our questions, giving us information before we could even think of it and if she didn’t know, she made sure to find the people who can answer! It was three months to deal with everything, and she was seriously helping every step of the way. I would recommend her any day of the week!

Vanessa was wonderful to work. Prompt. Always willing to answer our millions of questions. We were moving from out of state and were very nervous about buying sight unseen but she made the process seamless. When I walked into my house after a 20 hour drive, I was in awe at how gorgeous it was in person.
