Valerie, knew I had a short time to find a home as the villa I had rented for six years was put up for sale. Val assured me that she would find me something by the end of July, we looked at a lot of places in Kings Point and had a lot of disappointments. She told me no matter what she was doing if I wanted to look at something call her and she would pick me up to go look , which she did . She found me what I was looking for and we closed 7-20-22. I met Valerie about 3 years ago when I began looking for a condo in South Florida. She showed me properties in various areas, varying sizes, and with varying amenities. When it seemed I couldn’t find the right one, she never got upset and continued searching. In March 2022 we were ready to buy. We’d seen many areas and we knew where we wanted to be. Valerie had shown us several places and always remained confident, upbeat, and positive. For one reason or another we struggled to secure a place. We visited Florida in March 2022 and then in May 2022 and were devastated when we didn’t get a place. After returning home we lost hope. Valerie did FaceTime showings for us whenever a property showed up but things didn’t work for one reason or another. Finally, we called regarding the new listing and she showed us the property at 2400 NE 1st Lane within hours. A few hours later we made an offer and then a few more hours past before our offer was accepted. The real stress began but Valerie continued to provide the same support we’d always gotten from her. She helped us thru every step of the process. We’ve bonded both personally and professionally over the past 3 years. It’s challenging buying property out of state, but Valerie made that possible for us. Her unwavering help and support was paramount. We didn’t get to see the property in person but trusted Valerie. When I got anxious, she calmed me down. She is non-judgemental, professional, open-minded, committed, friendly, and trustworthy. She always looked out for me - my best interest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. As noted, Valerie has become a trusted friend during this process. We’ve shared laughter, frustration, excitement, defeat, and then success! When I felt like giving up, Valerie was the reason I kept moving forward. She knew me. She knew what mattered to me and helped me keep things in perspective. It worked! We closed on our condo 7/26/22.
