We had to move to deal with health problems and Trudy’s was with us all the way. She help us find people to clean our place, haul away unwanted stuff and fix everything that needed to be fixed to get the best offer for our place; which she did. She keeps us informed of every aspect of the sale. Trudy is very much a professional, but she puts her whole heart into what she does and the people she represents. She recommended an asking price based on comparable sales in our area which I questioned as being too high. She recommended professional craftsperson’s to help us prepare in time for the initial showing. The home was shown six times over a one week period and resulted in six competitive offers over asking. She helped us initiate a multiple counter offer strategy that standardized the contingencies of the various offers so we could do apples to apples comparisons and choose the best one. She gently guided us through this potentially stressful process with grace and professionalism. And now we are off to our new home in Hawaii for the next leg of our life’s adventures! Aloha

Trudy communicated superbly via email, messaging, phone, and in person. She was always very helpful and supportive with me as her client.
