I highly recommend Troy to everyone. I met Troy through a mutual friend. I found out he was a realtor and saw some of his postings on Facebook and was like oh cool. When we were ready to sell and buy, we contacted him. Before we finalize on anything, I reached out to him to ask for advices and feedback. Troy was very friendly and approachable. He didn’t care that I wasn’t ready or wasn’t his client. He gave me his inputs. A year later I contacted him to list my condo and help me buy a new home. My situation was a little complicated as I have tenants living in the condo and the lease wouldn’t be up until 1 more year. We didn’t think it would be possible but Troy made it happen. We posted the condo in the market and got an offer in 3 weeks and more than asking price. There were some hiccups along the way not from Troy but from condo and tenants but he helped us along the way and overcame all the obstacles. Within the same time, I got two contingent offers accepted the new house which is very unlikely. I accepted the offer at the new build. Everything closed as planned. I’m so thankful I went with Troy because he made me feel at ease and always kept me informed and very responsive. You can text him at 12am and he will respond to your texts or 7 am. Not only was he an awesome realtor he was a very thoughtful guy. He made a frame with my family pics for our new house along with a gift which we haven’t opened yet. It meant a lot to me and the family. I am excited for this future home I can finally call home with my daily.
