Working with Troy was a completely positive experience. I have worked with him before as a buyer(A+) but this time I was a seller in a complex sale. I was selling a property with my ex wife and Troy mediated well between us. I am a general contractor so there was a 4 month process getting the home ready. Troy knows construction and understood and gave excellent input. My home sold in 6 days slightly over asking to wonderful buyers. It was a difficult process but Troy calmly nursed it to close.
