Troy Doty exceeded our expectations repeatedly throughout our new home purchase. We elected to have our home built which meant that the realtor had to know a lot about the process which, thankfully, Troy had personal experience with building homes. He kept us informed all along the way about what to expect and even went to the site to take pictures for us as we were from out of town. He stayed in touch with us as well as our lending institution, escrow and the builder so that everyone understood the deadlines and contracts, etc. so that the project stayed on track. When we placed a call to Troy he either answered or called us back within the same day. When we had questions, and there were many, he would get the answers from the appropriate people and get back to us right away. He still cares, even after closing, that we are completely satisfied with our new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Troy and his excellent service. I contacted Troy in a rush to get us into a new home. I was living in Washington and had certain time frames available to drive down and view homes.
