My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home together, so needless to say it was by default a pretty stressful time for us being that it was new and uncharted territory for us. We have 2 children a 5 year old and a 1 year and were looking to make it as quick and painless of an experience as possible. He showed just how resourceful he was during the experience and made it very easy for us. when it came time to close on our place we had a few concerns that we wanted to have addressed by the seller and there was never any doubt in Troy's mind that we could get it all done. Sure enough all of our demands were met and with in just a few short weeks we were in out new house. we even closed a week early I was so surprised at how quickly everything fell into place. We are very thankful to have met Troy and would recommend him to anyone.
The rental house that we listed with Troy sold in 4 days. We had top service from Troy from the very beginning. He had researched our house even before we met with him. Even tho our house was a modest rental, we felt like we got excellent service. Troy had a professional photographer take pictures, he made colored flyers, the sign outside was up within days of the listing and he planned an open house with balloons the 1st week-end, although the house was sold by that time.
