If you’re a vet THIS IS THE PLACE. If you’re not a vet, this is STILL the place. You will be astounded by the customer service, dedication, and hard work of Troy Doty.  From start to finish he was candid, current and constantly kept me informed on each process, with relevant information. His vast experience in the field is quite obvious and he made the process simple so I could understand it. Troy was patient, very professional, and provided me with a real sense of family. He was always available to provide the information I needed. Every decision I made small or big mattered to him. Troy walked me through every step and made me feel important. He went above and beyond to help achieve my goal of homeownership.Without a doubt, I endorse Troy D. Doty, P.C. to any and everyone.

Can’t say enough about Troy and his team. He’s professional and really knows how to navigate the Portland metro market. With his candor, patience and friendliness, I could trust he had my best interests in mind, which was reassuring during the whole process of selling our unique home of 24 years. I plan on using him again to buy a home, and recommend him to friends and family every chance I get. Thanks Troy!

This is late, as it involves a real estate transaction I did some years ago, but was reminded of it recently and wanted to thank him. Of all the realtors I've worked with, Troy was the most transparent, reasonable, and the one agent who I felt truly had both the buyer and seller's interests as a top priority - and all this while working as a dual agent - something most realtors just don't know how to handle. Troy did, and both the seller and I were happy with the outcome.

A very, VERY positive experience with Troy and his team before, during, and after the sale of our home. Troy is professional, experienced and personable. He adds value through every step of the process offering solid, seasoned advice and useful recommendations. Unlike previous experiences elsewhere, we thought the commission payable to Northwest Realty Source was well earned, and we feel fortunate to have worked with Troy. The sale of a primary residence is a big event, and he understands this. Troy consistently took the long view, and we will definitely work with him again on our next transaction.

Troy helped us find the perfect home in Lake Oswego. He was amazing to work with! By far the best agent I've ever worked with. I highly recommend Troy and his team and wouldn't work with anyone else.

I have worked with a number of realtors and Troy, without question, is among the most professional, responsive and insightful business professionals I've had the opportunity to work with. His experience (20+ years) brings value to every conversation. Perhaps what I appreciate most is his unwavering commitment to help in LITERALLY every situation. He is not concerned about "what's in it for me". He is selfless and focused on building meaningful relationships with those he works with. I trust his insight; I value his opinion and I know he is ALWAYS looking out for my best interest. With no reservation, I give him my highest recommendation!

Troy is awesome! This was our first home purchase and Troy made it as stress free as one could imagine. He helped us get the right offer to get the house (on our first try), inspection done within a week, and answer a few thousand dumb questions I had. Highly recommend!

Troy was great . He helped us price our land to sell , and answered all questions we had. It was a pleasure working with him.

It was excellent working with Troy. Will use him again for any future properties - responsive, experienced, and very helpful with subtle decision making.

Troy has been an absolute ally throughout our whole selling process. He has, without a doubt, been our "insider" friend that we all wish we could have anytime we need assistance in navigating a very stressful process. Troy’s expertise made us feel confident in the decisions we were making, from our proposed sell-price to navigating the closing costs. From the moment we decided to work with Troy, he has been a true professional. He has made himself available every time we needed his advice. We recommend Troy to anyone who needs to sell quickly at the best sell-price possible. Thank you Troy for being such a reliable and cool person. Michael & Anne Marie

We chose Troy after interviewing multiple realtors and checking his references. Besides having a more reasonable fee structure, Troy stood out and impressed with his common sense and quick, practical observations. Troy noticed multiple issues that other realtors either failed to notice or did not mention prior to signing us as clients. From the beginning, Troy was "working" and multiple of his suggestions worked very well for our situation. And that was prior to us signing with Troy. This proactive approach allowed us more time to address issues in a timely manner. Troy was responsive and flexible. He had excellent follow-up and follow-through. He worked with our busy schedule and accommodated us living out of the area. Troy made the process less stressful. He stayed calm, pragmatic and realistic. We think that Troy represented our interests skillfully during the sale's negotiation. We benefitted from Troy's professional connections (he has a contractor license). Thanks to Troy's connections we were able to deal with an issue in a short time frame. We appreciate Troy facilitating such a quick turn around on an unanticipated repair issue. Troy even checked up on the house on some occasion and was conscientious about security matters. We are pleased to have worked with Troy, would work with him again and recommend him. Thank you, Troy!

Troy was fantastic in helping me to locate and close on my condo as a first-time homebuyer. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, and his knowledge of every small detail provided a stress-free environment for me. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone looking for a new property!
