After I sold my house some years back, I decided to rent for a while, but since my landlord jacked my rent up because of inflation; etc I needed to buy a house quickly. I sent Troy about 10 addresses and we looked at all of them within about a week (I’m self employed and can meet anytime). Troy helped me buy a house within six days with zero pressure from him. I made up my mind since I know there were so few to choose from in this market anyhow. This will be the second home I’ve purchased, so I am very aware of the stress, anxiety, paperwork; etc. that comes with buying a house. It is almost impossible to imagine anyone making it any easier than Troy. He was always on time, gave me recommendations to banks, an inspector, and was honest and straightforward with every question I had regardless of whether or not I ‘liked’ the answer. I personally think anyone would be nuts to use any other realtor. Also a very personable and great person. 10/10
Troy was very knowledgeable regarding the area and type of house that I was looking for. Specifically, I was on a quest for a reasonable fixer upper in a tight housing market. Troy's understanding of houses helped me find a new home that needs the level of work that I can handle. He provided great advice as we searched homes and had a list of resources to call and help answer questions. Looking for a fixer upper also means looking for contractors in a variety of areas and Troy had contacts for all of my requests. He was responsive in communication and great to work with.
