Troy was a incredible during both the buying and selling process. He was patient while we hunted for our next place as well as honest about the good and bad of each place we visited. When it came time to sell the current house he provided valuable insight into what repairs/updates were of value and which would just be a waste of money. The house sold very quickly, above asking, and as a wonderfully smooth process. Certainly top of my list if/when I move again.

In a tough market Troy was patient and resilient. Troy was always quick to respond and get us into houses fast after listing came to market.

Troy gave me a price to list our home that was above what I was expecting. Troy went through my entire house and told me what was important to fix and what wasn't. Troy also met me several times to see the progress I was making so we could meet our timeline. Troy also paid for professional cleaners to clean my house and professional window cleaners to wash all windows inside and out. Iwas skeptical of the listing price, but I thought we always have the option to reduce the price if need be. I was wrong for being skeptical because our home was listed for three days and we had 8 offers. We sold our home for 25k over asking. In my wildest dreams I wouldn't have thought this was possible. Troy is a great real-estate agent and person! I would recommend him to anyone because he goes the extra mile!

Troy's expertise and compassion in my house hunt were invaluable! My house hunting process took a bit over a year and Troy helped me through each step at a time when it was still quite a sellers’ market and there were few houses out on that market that I could afford in the area I was looking for. I am thrilled with my home now and am so grateful for Troy’s help in the process! We looked at many homes and he was always patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions as well as letting me judge for myself the suitability of different homes for my particular situation and needs. I had specific needs for space as I have a piano and work through my home, as well as being close to Lakewood by my clients and mom. I also wanted ample space for a garden and ideally a separate guest area. I thought for a while it may not be possible to satisfy all my specs for a house. Troy invested a lot of time to help up find the new home we needed. Then for the sale of our existing home he continued in the investment. He provided suggestions for resale updates to the home in a subtle way. He guided us through the sales process with his team of supporters that included Stagers, title company, cleaners before sale and after the move out, home insurance for the buyers and multiple little support issues. Moving is an emotional issue and an economical issues. He was very supportive and informative. We highly recommend him.
