I worked with Tristika for about a year. She knew what I was looking for and she was not going to stop til she found that perfect home for me. It took a year on MY end due to some personal issues, so that is on me. She did not waste my time looking at homes that were outside my parameters (unlike most realtors), she listened, and she honed in on the things I was looking for and eliminated the ones she knew I would not like. I ALMOST settled on a home that halfway met my criteria because I was on a deadline to get out of my apartment. But she said "No, I think you will regret this" and then later that day we found my dream home. So instead of taking an opportunity to make a commission by just selling me a house that she and I both knew I wouldn't like, she waited, and she convinced me to wait. Now that is what you call integrity and class. I could not be happier in my new home thanks to Tristika's patience, relentlessness, and work ethic. I highly recommend her
It's nice to work with someone that responds to your communication. She doesn't hesitate to set up a showing when asked. She was quite helpful in keeping me calm at the finish line when things got stressfull.
We found the houses ourselves, came up with offer, submitted by our agent. Agent has never seen the house we bought, didn't come to the closing and haven't seen her since. No idea why we pay a commission when we did all the work.
