Well to start with Trisha deserves more than 5 stars for a house purchase that was very well done. Describe what your dreams are and let her get to work. In our case she totally nailed it first time. She is very personable and easy to work with, knowledgeable, effective seems to have a zero BS policy which allows trust. If she didn't know something, she said so, BUT also would say " I will find out and get right back to you" which she always did. The snags we hit were beyond her control and minor in nature. Once identified they were dealt with rapidly, effectively and gracefully. I will send friends/family and she has an open invite to our gatherings and our thanks.
Unlike most people these days, I didn’t refer to the internet when choosing an agent. Being new to the area, I called the local ReMax office and told the receptionist that I was looking for an agent. To my great fortune, Trisha Cobb was on floor duty that day! In The 7 months since that date, Trisha was incredibly patient, as I made 2 offers on land parcels, rescinded both for different reasons, and finally ended up buying a large triplex in the Diamond Point area. During all 3 transactions, there was a great deal of negotiating, and Trisha handled all with obvious expertise and confidence.
