Our twins were only 5 years old at the time but over the ensuing years boy did she turn out to be right. So when it came time to leave Sequim and sell the house of course we hired her. She advised us on when to start, what to clean, what to paint, what to fix and what to replace. Then she helped with staging. We sold the house for slightly MORE than we were asking! My husband and I agree she's great at her job.
