About Trisha

My name is Trisha Cobb, and I am a Broker-Realtor with RE/MAX Prime, the #1 real estate office in sales and customer satisfaction in Sequim and Port Angeles. I have enjoyed living on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula since 1999. After moving to Washington and leaving the busy city lifestyle behind, I began selling real estate in 2002, and I became a part of RE/MAX Fifth Avenue (became RE/MAX Prime when we moved) in 2005. Today I love what I do, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design along with an extensive career in related fields, and this has given me knowledge about presentation that goes above that of your typical agent. If you need to sell your house, please ask me, so I can tell you some little tricks to add value to your listing, or what the best improvements would be to get the maximum return. My Husband Michael and three of our children have enjoyed living on this Olympic Peninsula since 1999. I raised my youngest 2 in the Sequim school system, so I am very familiar with all aspects of the community, down to where to find the best burger! This is really an incredible community to be a part of, and I can’t wait to help you find your place here.

Amazing service

Living in Hawaii and having to sell a property on the mainland in Sequim WA, was going to be a bit of a challenge, until I met Trisha Cobb. I can't express enough how grateful I am for her professionalism, experience and knowledge. With my father-in-laws passing and having to deal with his estate, I was at a loss as to how I would take care of the estate and sell it. The place was a mess. Trisha stepped in and not only got the property prepared to be sold, but sold it in a very quick and timely manner. She was always available for questions thoughts or concerns, even though we had a three hour time difference. She had answers for me before I had even voiced the question, she had solutions for any problem that would arise. Always the professional she walked me through the process of the estate sale. I would recommend Trisha to anyone looking to buy or sell their property or home. She has become part of our Ohana and is welcome to visit us anytime here in Hawaii. Nine years of helping Cathy and Rick

When my wife and I decided to move from Seattle to Sequim nine years ago, we had never met Trisha. I picked her out of the REMAX website by her smile alone. This turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Not only did we find the house of our dreams in Happy Valley, but Trisha found a mortgage agency and title company that allowed us to buy the house in Sequim before selling our house in Seattle. Fast forward to 2025. My wife is now confined to a wheelchair and can no longer climb stairs. Trisha again showed us a one floor condo and found a mortgage broker, title company, and contractor to modify the new property to accommodate my wife and I, which then allowed us to sell the house on the hill On top of being a Superb Realtor, she is also an interior designer, a person who knows people who can do things, and a dear friend. Trisha continually worked with me over a 1 1/2 year time period helping me find my perfect property. In that span of time Trisha educated me about the various areas, eagerly accessed available properties meeting my wants & needs. Once I found a property I was very interested in Trisha was always willing to walk the property with me. Trisha created/submitted multiple offers to listing realtors/owners on my behalf in this 1 1/2 year time frame. She continually was very involved in guiding me during my buyer inspection phase as to the items & detail I needed to verify with the property I was buying. She smoothly handled closing details between the listing agent & the title company for me so closing was easy. Trisha is a great real estate agent, my new friend in the area & a blessing !!!

I needed to sell my parents' home, and I live in a different state. Luckily, when I asked Trisha and her partner if they could help us, they said yes! It was not an easy house to sell - and we relied on their knowledge and connections to get the house and yard cleaned out and ready for sale. They went above and beyond for us! (A favorite memory is Trisha meeting the handyguy we'd hired to recommend what should happen in one of the bathrooms - she caught some crucial issues!) I enjoyed working with Trisha and her partner very much - so patient, dedicated, and professional.

Her continual communication, tenacity, fact finding, scheduling local home improvement talent, and staging brought a full-price offer. She continued verbal and written updates, answered all my questions through closing and afterwards, which made for a smooth financial and legal transition to new ownership.
