Trish was truly a godsend for our family. Id like to begin with a huge thank you to Trish Neeley for going above and beyond in my transaction. I would not have been successful in the purchase of my first home without her. We had multiple signifigant failures to deal with from the seller including water leaks, mold, poor repairs, and general negligence of the property. Rather than accept shotty craftsmanship Trish would double down and leverage the situation to get a better deal. Ultimately we went from a mandate to fix a water leak to getting extensive mold remediation, an ac unit, furnace, electrical repair, ceiling fan and washer machine repair. Her work speaks for itself. I have a home worth owning as a result. I will continue to recommend Trish and her daughter Laine Moseley for all real estate transactions in the area.
