I've known Trish since she started her real estate office at Venture Out nearly 20 years ago. She's an asset to our community as a good neighbor and an excellent and fair business woman. She's sold two properties for me and managed the rentals for several years. She knows the market in the Keys, and the properties she lists sell quickly at a good price. Of course, Venture Out properties practically sell themselves, because this unique RV and mobile home community has been a second home for generations of winter winter residents and, more recently, for Florida residents who rent units and RV lots in the summer months. Since we live in New Jersey, we had to list with an agent who would not only show the property but also maintain the property. Working with Trish and Aile made the sale of my Venture Out house so easy; I had to do nothing except wait for the next step in the process. When I needed to remove my car from the property after the sale of the house, Aile was there to coordinate the process.Because I had not been there for several years and had personal items in the house, Aile, using her phone, went through the house closet by closet, drawer by drawer showing me what was there. She then boxed up what I wanted and mailed it to me. When it came time for the settlement she kept me abreast of the process with the title company. Since we first drove into Venture Out we immediately fell in love. We contacted Trish at Waterfront Keys Realty for the first time about a lot we bought, that lead to another and another lot. We then sold 2 lots, bought an existing home and sold another lot. All being through Waterfront Keys Realty. Trish is an amazing Broker/Realtor she is so knowledgeable, honest and kind. Her recommendations are much appreciated. Being hours away from Cudjoe Key, I have to say every transaction whether a purchase or sale was 100% flawless. Every purchase we also put in the rental pool through Waterfront Keys Realty, we have never had an issue since our first purchase in 2017 to date. Trish and her entire team are kind and knowledgeable. We just purchased an existing home which we are so excited about putting in the rental pool once updated, but mostly it will be our happy place for future family gatherings. Im tearing up a bit just thinking of my son and daughter in law coming down from Texas and enjoying the home with us. Trish goes above and beyond. Being our first home purchase in Venture Out she thought of things we would of passed by. Like electric lol yes we forgot about it, but Trish didnt lol, I cant say enough about Trish and her team.
