My buying the Venture Out house # 357 involved a contingency contract on the sale of another house for a 1031 like kind exchange. I've known Trish since she started her real estate office at Venture Out nearly 20 years ago. She's an asset to our community as a good neighbor and an excellent and fair business woman. She's sold two properties for me and managed the rentals for several years. She knows the market in the Keys, and the properties she lists sell quickly at a good price.
