Tricia was very competent in knowing how to make the house presentable without making too many improvements. She knew the market and was able to get a good price for our house. We had a backup buyer and she kept them interested in case the first buyer fell through and she was able to use that to our benefit as she negotiated with our first buyer. We live 4 hours from the house and we never needed to visit it or deal with the buyers directly, Tricia handled everything and it all went very smoothly. We were very pleased with everything she did for us.

My partner and I started out working with another agent. After two attempts to view properties we realized this agent was not interested in what we were looking for in detail and was wasting our time. After some in-depth review research I emailed Tricia explaining the situation we were experiencing along with our tight time frame, giving her only 2 months to help us secure a new home. Even though it was late in the evening I had an almost immediate response making a plan to touch base the following day at create a plan. That weekend Tricia met us and showed us several properties. As we entered each one she already knew what we were thinking and how we were feeling about the place. The offer was made that day, negotiations were done well and everything was put in to place meeting our timeline, wants and needs. A couple hours later a text came from Tricia saying she got them to throw that stand in as part of the purchase. You can not go wrong working with this great lady.
