When she met us at our home, she had already done extensive market research and presented us with a binder of comparables and a market analysis. She coached us on how best to bring out the quality features of our home and then hired a professional photographer to capture these features for presentation on the market. We could not have had a better experience finding a home with Tricia. She met us the first time on short notice in the dark as both my wife and I work in health care and have crazy schedules.
