Tricia was very competent in knowing how to make the house presentable without making too many improvements. She knew the market and was able to get a good price for our house. We had a backup buyer and she kept them interested in case the first buyer fell through and she was able to use that to our benefit as she negotiated with our first buyer. My partner and I started out working with another agent. After two attempts to view properties we realized this agent was not interested in what we were looking for in detail and was wasting our time. After some in-depth review research I emailed Tricia explaining the situation we were experiencing along with our tight time frame, giving her only 2 months to help us secure a new home. Even though it was late in the evening I had an almost immediate response making a plan to touch base the following day at create a plan. That weekend Tricia met us and showed us several properties. As we entered each one she already knew what we were thinking and how we were feeling about the place. When we did the walk-through inspect we mentioned how we would love to have the washer/dryer stand they had built. A couple hours later a text came from Tricia saying she got them to throw that stand in as part of the purchase. You can not go wrong working with this great lady. She genuinely cares about her job, showing passion for what she does and keeping up to date with the local market. We will never choose another agent for future purchases.
Tricia was excellent. She was diligent and resourceful in finding the perfect home in a great neighborhood for our family.
