We contacted Tricia to be our agent because I had friends who had her as an agent and said she works hard and is flexible in showing homes on wacky schedules. My work schedule allowed us to only view homes in the evening. When my wife and I came to Tricia we had a few "strict" wants that we felt we needed. We were specific about the city we wanted to live in, we wanted at least .20 acres of yard, a house big enough to raise three kids in, and visits to be made after 5:00 PM Mon-Fri. Tricia never questioned what we wanted and supported us. We were new to home buying since it was our first home. She gave us the knowledge on potential home dangers, like radon. She also turned us in the right direction for great local companies that do home inspections and other helpful tips. We never felt pressure from Tricia to just, "Settle" with a home. Even when we said we wanted one of the homes she took us through, her first words were, "I'm glad you feel like you have found a home. Would you like to go through it again to make sure this is your final choice?" We of course said, "Yes." She is also really good at negotiating with the sellers and making sure we got a home in good condition without us needing to do the fixing ups. Tricia is honest, trustworthy, and definitely has your best interest in mind. I feel that anyone else who uses Tricia as their agent can share a similar experience, as this one, after they go through the process with her.

Updated review from 2018: Tricia has helped us with 3 transactions now, buying a house when we moved to the area, selling that house a few years later, and buying another house in the same neighborhood. Here is our previous review from 2016: Tricia did an outstanding job as our buyer's agent. My wife and I are probably more "type A" than most buyers, and Tricia was a perfect fit for us. She was on-time, prompt, and paid close attention to detail (a trait which many realtors we've worked with in the past have lacked). I had full confidence in her negotiating ability on our behalf, which gave us some peace of mind despite our transaction having the usual hangups. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Tricia is a client advocate, very knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with. She was so responsive every step of the way and we completed trusted her to help us buy and sell a house (she did each in less than a week!) we would recommend her to anyone in the Salt Lake area!

She truly knows the market and knew exactly where our home should be priced. Tricia exhibited skillful knowledge, regarding the sale of our home. We relocated, due to a career change, and she made the sale very manageable from out of state. She was quick to respond to questions, as well as, efficient in sending documents and contracts in a timely manner. She made sure contract dates would not expire, due to repairs needing to be made, post inspection. She also assisted in finding trained and licensed professionals to complete the repairs. Tricia was very professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend her to assist, with the listing, of any home.

We had a great experience working with Tricia. We were moving to SLC from out of state and so much of the work had to be done online and via phone call, but she made the whole process still very personable. We brought our children along with us for house hunting, and she wasn't phased by this at all (she even listened to my middle child's interesting requests for a home!).
