Tricia was fantastic to work with! I drove cross country from New England to the Salt Lake City area with the goal of purchasing a vacation home. Prior to this, I only briefly spoke with Tricia on the phone about my objective. When I arrived, the first thing I had to contend with was my vehicle breaking down and no rental vehicles available. Tricia graciously picked me up from my hotel and drove me around during the few days my vehicle was being worked on in order to look at properties. She also went out of her way to help coordinate very short-notice appointments for contractors and other specialty services I needed to consult with on properties of interest since I had some very specific and tricky criteria with my property requirements. She has great knowledge of the area and was able to quickly orient me to locations that fit my needs and desires. I really couldn't have asked for more and in the end my plan came together perfectly! Tricia Vanderkoi saved my wife and me over $67,000 on the buying and selling of three houses since April 2016. She is by far the best Real Estate Agent that I have ever met.
