I am in love with my house! And Trich made it happen. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and so very patient in educating me every step is the process. There were a lot of up and downs during our search and even up to closing, but she was with me, reassuring me and making sure that things go smoothly at every bump in the road. She was pushing the seller to get their part right; she was getting me docs for insurance; making sure my HOA application was handled in a timely fashion. If she needed to make calls and send emails or if anything else is needed to make sure we make close, she fixed it. Would I buy with her again? Absolutely! And I will ;). And I would most certainly keep recommending her to my friends and family- the house I got and my story on how she closed this deal will certainly convince them not to go anywhere else. I can honestly say I am blown away by how great Trich was as my realtor. She had the house sold in 4 days with backup buyers.
