Let me tell you, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Trich took every one of my phone calls, and answered every text and email I sent her. Trich went above and beyond with going through potential properties and sending me videos of same. She searched high and low and sent me properties all within the perimeters I gave her. Once I met Trich, she was the most professional and pleasant person I ever met. She had a great personality and helped us close on a very difficult transaction. Trich was very helpful and accommodating to my questions/concerns throughout the whole homebuying process. She was on top of everything; making sure that I had all the paperwork necessary to complete everything in a timely manner. She was even able to negotiate with the seller to help me saving a bit of money towards closing costs on some of the improvements needed from the home inspection. She also gave me advice on things that I would need to do, during and after the final wakthrough and signing of the contract. The selling of the house in West Palm Beach was a long drawn out process because of many factors. Trich went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She was persistent in following up with a contractor to get an open permit closed so that we could finally close on the house. She kept me as the seller well informed and communicated with the buyer to keep her on board through multiple extensions on the contract. She even did some clean up on the property more than once since I do not live in the area. I simply can't say enough about her service and professional knowledge and performance.
