Trich was very helpful and accommodating to my questions/concerns throughout the whole homebuying process. She was on top of everything; making sure that I had all the paperwork necessary to complete everything in a timely manner. She was even able to negotiate with the seller to help me saving a bit of money towards closing costs on some of the improvements needed from the home inspection. She also gave me advice on things that I would need to do, during and after the final wakthrough and signing of the contract. All in all, I definitely would recommend her as your buying agent, if you're looking to purchase a home. She made sure that I was taken care of, just as if I was a family member. The selling of the house in West Palm Beach was a long drawn out process because of many factors. Trich went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She was persistent in following up with a contractor to get an open permit closed so that we could finally close on the house.
