Working with Trich Chung-Jolicoeur was a wonderful learning experience when purchasing our first home. She displayed high levels of professionalism and expertise; she was calm under stress, maintained a positive attitude, and showed signs of active listening skills to nearly hidden problems. We came to depend on her when facing situations and problems we didn’t understand, and helped fix the problem right away. She was very sociable and easy to communicate with; it made my wife and me comfortable in our new surroundings. Furthermore, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about background information when signing important documents.
I am in love with my house! And Trich made it happen. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and so very patient in educating me every step is the process. There were a lot of up and downs during our search and even up to closing, but she was with me, reassuring me and making sure that things go smoothly at every bump in the road. She was pushing the seller to get their part right; she was getting me docs for insurance; making sure my HOA application was handled in a timely fashion. If she needed to make calls and send emails or if anything else is needed to make sure we make close, she fixed it. Would I buy with her again? Absolutely! And I will ;). And I would most certainly keep recommending her to my friends and family- the house I got and my story on how she closed this deal will certainly convince them not to go anywhere else. I can honestly say I am blown away by how great Trich was as my realtor. She had the house sold in 4 days with backup buyers. She went above and beyond to help me through what was the most difficult time of my life. My father passed away, and I sold his home, which he lived in for 30 years. She was extremely understanding through my grief, and she helped in any way she could to make the process as smooth as possible. You will never go wrong with Trich as your realtor!
