What can I say. Tricia is so amazing. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assure I got to experience the America dream of owning a home. I adore this woman's overall expertise, responsiveness and professionalism! She is dependable, cordial and most of all prompt! she was never late on all our showings, versatility is her strong key as well. She will work with you and work aorund your needs. Trich referred me to a great Lender- Cheryl as well, the wholefirst time- home buying experience was really great! She and the lender worked excellently to deliver target goals and most importantly, we closed earlier than target date which was really awesome! Attention to detail , at closing she picked up on the fact that our credit from the seller was not being honored, saved us money as we thought it was included. she was great with negotiating the price and us getting the house we fell in love with, she convinced the seller we are the perfect buyers as alot of other persons there viewing the house and making offers. She is just the best excellent in all aspects. I remember at first my wife thought we were too picky not really liking some of the houses, I told Tricia and she told my wife, " Listen my gold is to get you into a house you are comfortable with , one you will love." she made us feel we were the only important clients , but I know for a fact that is the way everyone feels who have dealt with her. she is the best, she is on time everytime, love her energy, she was confident we would find our home and she delivered professionally.
