Trevor and his team helped us purchased our home shortly after we moved here from out of state. Buying a home in northern California is very different from other places. Trevor was very helpful in guiding and coaching us. He showed us homes over a few months to help us learn the market. We eventually got a house that appraised $150k+ more than our purchase price. Highly recommend and we will work with Trevor again in the future.

The thing that most impressed me about Alan was that he was able to hone in and very clearly understand what I wanted. I have worked with other realtors and it was a very frustrating experience with other realtors when they were trying to show me properties which were not what I wanted. With the other realtors at times it almost seemed like they were not hearing my requirements of my dream home. One more thing that impressed me with Alan is that he understands the wave of emotions buyers and sellers go through during the purchasing/selling process. His hand was steady as he guided me through the process. Of all the realtors I know, I can say with confidence that no one else would have been able to guide with this steady a hand during the emotional roller coaster of bidding and negotiations. And finally during the buying process that lasted 6 months and multiple properties being shown/offer made and finally one being purchased countless times Alan and Trevor have replied to my text that I sent them in middle of night (1 AM?). I am a native of bay area for 20 years and I have been part of multiple real estate transactions, I can say with confidence that you will not find another team that is humble, proactive, analytical and just good people. Alan and his son Trevor have 50 years of experience between them and the results speak for their experience.
