About Travis

I’m Travis Krutil, a real estate agent serving St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, and surrounding counties in Missouri. I help buyers and sellers navigate their next chapter with honest communication, personal attention, and someone firmly in their corner. At 30, I changed careers to build something meaningful. I know what it feels like to take a leap, face uncertainty, and work toward a goal that can feel out of reach. That’s part of why helping people find their way home means so much to me. My approach is personal: I take the time to understand what matters to you, talk through your options, and help you make decisions without pressure. Whether you’re buying your first home or preparing to sell, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that your best interests come first. To me, you’re more than a transaction. We share the challenges, the big decisions, and the excitement when everything comes together that’s how clients become family. My goal isn’t just to help you close; it’s to earn your trust and remain someone you can count on long afterward.

Outstanding Realtor!

Travis made purchasing our new home in Wentzville a fantastic experience! He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. I've known Travis since we were kids, so having him help us with such an important milestone made it even more special. He's not only a great friend but also an exceptional realtor. I couldn't recommend him enough!
